The webshops one-q.com and one-q.nl are operated by Grow Your Brand. Grow Your Brand has the exclusive right to sell oneQ products directly to consumers (B2C). When you place an order, you are therefore entering into an agreement with Grow Your Brand.

Your rights as a consumer in brief
- 14-day cooling-off period. You may return an online order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. See the return policy for the procedure and exceptions.
- Legal guarantee (conformity). A product must perform as you can reasonably expect it to. This legal guarantee always applies, in addition to any manufacturer's or supplier's warranty.
- Clear pricing. All prices are in euros and include VAT. Any shipping costs will be shown before you complete your order.
- Secure payment. You pay via the payment methods offered in the webshop over a secure connection.
Intellectual property
The oneQ brand, the webshop, product images, texts, and other material are protected by intellectual property rights belonging to us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or publish this material without our prior written consent, except insofar as is necessary for normal use of the webshop.
Complaints and disputes
Do you have a complaint? Please contact us first via one-q@growyourbrand.nl, and we will look for a solution together. We will respond within 14 days.
If we cannot resolve it together, you can submit your dispute to the competent Dutch court. As a consumer within the EU, you can also report a dispute via the European ODR platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. You also have the right to file a report with the Netherlands Authority for Consumers and Markets (acm.nl) or a privacy complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).
Applicable law
All agreements between Grow Your Brand and you are exclusively governed by Dutch law. The mandatory consumer protection law of your country of residence remains fully applicable.
